All Services are non-refundable. Upon consultation, Kunta Kinte Media will re-visit your service once, at most, twice. Please be aware that different services have different turnaround times. Photoshoot production times do not apply to videography production. Videography production is solely based on price and consultation, typically 3-6 weeks (this does not apply to music videos).
